At McKinney Avenue and Blackburn Street, across from the West Village complex in Dallas, 3700M is set to open this August. About 380 rental units are included in the project, which includes both the tower and low-rise buildings, both comprised of apartments and retail space. Two neighboring AMLI apartment projects are moving forward and could bring roughly 650 apartments to a site at Roxboro and East Paces Ferry Roads in Atlanta’s Buckhead community. AMLI’s CityPlace “Site A” will offer 400 units in a five-story building on 4.5 acres. The $500 million Canals at Grand Park development on Legacy Drive will have a variety of apartments, houses, townhomes and senior townhouses built around landscaped parks and waterways.
