An on-site investigation study of an existing USPS facility was conducted to assess HVAC system condition and make recommendations for correction of deficiencies found. Assist in preparation of cost estimate of repair and replacement required to correct HVAC system concerns. The study was conducted utilizing on-site observations and review of available record drawings, including: on-site observations, review of record drawings and discussions and informative walk-through of facilities with on-site maintenance personnel.
