Grayco Partners’ South Shore District Building II, located in Austin, Texas, recently received an Austin Energy Green Building two-star rating. The six-story mixed-use development incorporated high-performance building envelope systems, Energy Star appliances, and water-efficient fixtures, as well as energy-efficient HVAC systems. South Shore includes 10,000-SF of retail space and features conditioned corridors, courtyards, and an outdoor swimming pool. Jordan & Skala provided Energy Services, MEP, Communications, Security, and Audio/Visual engineering design.
