The Morgan Pearl Rosemont is one-of-a-kind in its design, although technically qualifying as a high-rise it’s truly what is now labeled a super mid-rise. It’s designed to fit on one city block, yet it achieves the density of a mid-rise that would typically require two city blocks. The nine-story luxury apartment building sits over four levels of concrete podium and contains 299 apartment units. With 10,000 SF of amenity area, the project offers a resort-style pool, indoor fitness center, yoga room, and leasing area.
Jordan & Skala Engineers performed the MEP engineering design for the super mid-rise residential development. To service the development, JSE designed the multi-family HVAC system based on DX equipment with compressors on flat roof.
