Morada Plano is a large-scale, urban development located in Historic Downtown Plano. Phase II of this project included the addition of two, mid-rise, mixed-use apartment buildings providing a combined total of 184 units. The ground level consists of 12,865 SF of retail and restaurant space, located above a 3-story underground parking garage. The design also included amenity space to accommodate the rooftop deck, pet grooming station, 24-hour fitness center, outdoor pool, and resident lounge areas.

Jordan & Skala provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design services for this project.
