Jordan & Skala Engineers provided Communications, Security, and Audio/Visual engineering design with WDG Architecture for Kimpton Hotels’ Hotel Van Zandt located in Austin, Texas. This 16-story hotel includes 319 rooms, as well as structured parking for 274 vehicles. Project amenities include seven meeting rooms, café, business center/board rooms, lobby, office spaces, three ballrooms with dining areas, a fitness center, and two separate swimming pools.
