Water Street, Gables Residential’s new mixed-use development, will provide unique water-centric leisure activities in order to maximize the waterside appeal of Lake Carolyn. The community will additionally feature regional best-in-class retailers and top restaurants, as well as a park with walking pathways for special events/farmer’s markets.
