The Cobb County Superior Courthouse is a seven-story, 230,000-SF justice building housing superior court judges’ chambers, senior judge suites, courtrooms, administrative areas, offices, a jury bench, lobby, deliberation rooms, a holding area, visitation rooms and a sally port.

There is also a 50-foot tall clock tower and pedestrian bridge connecting the courthouse to the Old Superior Court complex. The project is a LEED Gold Certified facility.
