Alexan Skyline Apartments is a new 10-story apartment block that is built above the landmark waterfall sign on Stemmons Freeway. It will have 365 luxury rental units and a ground floor restaurant. Additional features include a 20-foot waterfall and ample patios and balcony’s to take advantage of the great views.
