Located across from the renowned Tiger Stadium, this 26-acre student housing project was designed to transform the underdeveloped space of the university property. The mixed-use development includes seven residential buildings with 763 units providing 1,529 beds. The project offers a vibrant on-campus experience that incorporates 48,164 SF of retail space, a recreation facility, and nutrition center.

Jordan & Skala Engineers provided mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, plumbing engineering, and fire protection design services. In order to service the large development, JSE designed an air conditioning system via direct expansion HVAC.
