LEED Gold Certification Awarded to Residence Hall at UGA’s East Campus Village
The new residence hall in East Campus Village at The University of Georgia in Athens, which was the first dormitory on campus to utilize a greywater system, is complete and has been submitted for LEED Gold certification for MEP services provided by Jordan & Skala Engineers.

Multifamily Building Hotel Palomar Receives Industry Magazine Awards
Hotel Palomar, a multifamily building in Midtown which is Kimpton Hotel’s first hotel in Atlanta, Georgia and received MEP services from Jordan & Skala Engineers, won the “Best Multifamily/Hospitality Under $100 Million” Award of Excellence from Southeast Construction magazine’s “Best of 2009 Awards.” The project also received Green SealTM Silver Certification.
