AMLI Apartment Projects Taking Place in Atlanta’s Buckhead
Two neighboring AMLI apartment projects are moving forward and could bring roughly 650 apartments to a site at Roxboro and East Paces Ferry Roads in Atlanta’s Buckhead community. AMLI’s CityPlace “Site A” will offer 400 units in a five-story building on 4.5 acres. Urban Mixed-Use Village Canals at Grand Park in Dallas is Under Construction
Construction has begun on an urban mixed-use village in Dallas that will have almost 2,000 homes. The $500 million Canals at Grand Park development on Legacy Drive will have a variety of apartments, houses, townhomes and senior townhouses built around landscaped parks and waterways.
