LEED Certification Awarded to Mixed-Use 1075 Peachtree

  1075 Peachtree, a 37-story office/residential/hotel/retail tower in Atlanta, Georgia, which is currently the largest mixed-use facility in Atlanta which contains the only Lowes Hotel in Georgia and was provided MEP services by Jordan & Skala Engineers, was awarded LEED certification for the office portion of the project.

Multifamily Building Hotel Palomar Receives Industry Magazine Awards

Hotel Palomar, a multifamily building in Midtown which is Kimpton Hotel’s first hotel in Atlanta, Georgia and received MEP services from Jordan & Skala Engineers, won the “Best Multifamily/Hospitality Under $100 Million” Award of Excellence from Southeast Construction magazine’s “Best of 2009 Awards.”  The project also received Green SealTM Silver Certification.
