Hotel Palomar, a multifamily building in Midtown which is Kimpton Hotel’s first hotel in Atlanta, Georgia and received MEP services from Jordan & Skala Engineers, won the “Best Multifamily/Hospitality Under $100 Million” Award of Excellence from Southeast Construction magazine’s “Best of 2009 Awards.” The project also received Green SealTM Silver Certification.
3344 Peachtree (also known as Sovereign) in Atlanta, Georgia is a mixed-use building which Jordan & Skala provided MEP services to, won the “Best Mixed-Use Project” award from Southeast Construction magazine’s “Best of 2008 Awards.”
The Retreat at Dorsey Manor in Marietta, Georgia which Jordan & Skala Engineers provided MEP services to, won the 2008 Silver Achievement Award of “Best Affordable Senior Living Community” from 50+ Builder magazine.
