The Tower is a high-rise, mixed-use, parking garage, retail and commercial office building located within the urban, master-planned development, Frisco Square. The five-story office building includes 175,157 SF of rentable office space and 20,864 SF of retail and restaurant area. It’s also home to the award-winning gaming company, Gearbox. Reserving 60,000 SF and 2 floors of The Tower, Gearbox features an open-space office area, a large training room, and a 1,500 SF data center that requires around the clock HVAC.
Jordan & Skala Engineers performed the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection design services for the core & shell of The Tower along with the tenant improvement for Gearbox.
