Josh Wiley, with 15 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry, became an integral part of Jordan & Skala Engineers in 2017. Currently holding the role of Senior Associate, Josh is dedicated to steering his team towards excellence.

Josh serves as a mentor and guide, managing a team of junior-level designers in his role as Senior Associate. He takes charge of the entire electrical design process, offering oversight from conception to completion. Quality control is a hallmark of his leadership, ensuring that his team’s work meets the highest standards. As the client’s primary point of contact for queries related to power distribution, lighting, and emergency standby systems design, Josh actively participates in client meetings within his discipline.

Recognizing the importance of collaboration, Josh maintains regular coordination with Mechanical and Plumbing Discipline Leaders to seamlessly integrate electrical design into the overall project design. Beyond his technical expertise, Josh’s love for electricity is evident in his commitment to designing engineering solutions that harness the power of electricity to benefit society.
