At the helm of a dynamic team comprising of over a dozen engineers and designers, John is the driving force behind project success. As the main point of contact for his projects, he takes charge of addressing client inquiries, effectively communicating both client and company objectives to his team. John’s leadership extends to providing cross-functional direction across disciplines, ensuring harmonious collaboration. A proactive manager, he meticulously oversees project timelines, attends client meetings, reviews schedules to optimize staffing, and upholds rigorous quality control standards for his team’s designs.
