He also coordinates the efforts of a multi-disciplined engineering team, ensures quality control of construction documents, and oversees the day-to-day operations of the Charlotte office. An expert in the design and management of large projects, Jeff’s personal portfolio includes a 36-story, 700,000-SF, $50 million hotel, a 52-story, $90 million condominium project, and many other large-scale developments.
