Since joining Jordan & Skala Engineers in 1995 at its Atlanta headquarters, Andy has demonstrated exceptional leadership, establishing key offices in Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, Denver, and Tampa.

A recognized pioneer in sustainability, Andy founded Jordan & Skala’s Sustainability Services department in 2009, setting the standard for integrating sustainable practices in engineering consulting. His strategic vision also led to the adoption of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) in 2021, streamlining organizational efficiency and sharpening the company’s strategic focus.
