The PEARL Brewery redevelopment in San Antonio has received special recognition from the AIA Honor Awards – a project of which our Jordan & Skala Engineers Houston office is proud to be part.
What was once a 118 year old brewing company has been transformed into a vibrant mixed-use district, featuring more than 300,000 square feet of the original building stock that has been salvaged and re-purposed. The “sustainable destination reflects the identity of the historic brewery,” and has quickly become home to new residents, small businesses, retail and nonprofits.
