Brian Taylor has been in the consulting-engineering industry for over 14 years. He has always been fascinated by the rapidly changing state of technology, and low voltage consulting allows him to marry this passion for technology with his love of architecture.

As an Associate Principal and Director of Low Voltage, Brian leads the Low Voltage team by providing oversight and mentorship on design and specification of all communications, security, and audio-visual systems. He guides all Low Voltage project managers and production staff through design implementation and specification, maintaining standards, guidance through construction administration, and more. He regularly attends project meetings and professional conferences while actively focusing on business development and client relations.

Skilled in AutoCAD and Revit software, Brian is a member of Jordan & Skala’s BIM Committee, which is responsible for determining standards, improvements, and solutions for various challenges. This experience, coupled with his industry knowledge, makes Brian the go-to-person for questions related to building information modeling and low voltage design, regardless of the project type.
