With over 25 years of experience in the design and construction industry, Jessica Diaz has emerged as a dedicated professional known for creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for tackling challenges head-on. Since joining Jordan & Skala Engineers’ Dallas office in 2007, Jessica has contributed to the design and construction administration of hundreds of projects, ranging from the luxury 45-story high-rise mixed-use development, Republic Square, in downtown Austin, TX, to the 80-acre senior living community, Touchmark at Emerald Lake, in McKinney, TX. This versatile experience, coupled with her technical expertise, has allowed Jessica to collaborate effectively with all disciplines, regardless of project size or type, to create a successful project.

As a Senior Associate and Plumbing Regional Director, Jessica oversees over 25 plumbing designers in our Western offices, including Dallas, Houston, and Denver. Our highly skilled teams across all specialty areas can rely on her guidance, support, and responsiveness so that they can complete projects on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations. In her role, Jessica focuses on quality control, code compliance, company and industry standards, and training plumbing and fire protection systems design.
